The Challenge

Zikr Cabs was managing bookings, drivers, and operations across multiple tools and manual processes. Website bookings needed manual follow-ups, approvals were slow, and there was no central system to track performance, finances, or fleet activity. A lot of productivity time was being spent juggling Google Sheets which limited the number of bookings that could be managed per day.

They needed a single, reliable system built specifically for their workflow, not a generic ERP with features they would never use.

Our Approach

We designed and developed Zikr ERP from scratch, tailored exclusively for Zikr Cabs’ booking and operations flow.

The goal was simple: one dashboard to run the entire business.

The ERP was fully integrated with their WordPress website, allowing all website bookings to flow directly into a central inbox where the team can review, approve, and assign them instantly.

For the interface, we used the Shadcn UI library to achieve a clean, minimal, and modern look that prioritizes clarity and speed. The system was built to be fully responsive, making it easy to manage operations from desktop, tablet, or mobile.

Most importantly, the CRM is fully self-hosted, giving Zikr Cabs complete ownership with no monthly subscriptions or third-party platform limitations.
